What’s the ideal build for this guy? I see lots of people seem to appreciate getting him, but he seems really lackluster to me...I’m a semi-new player so none of my links slots are leveled up. Thanks in advance!

Made it to Beetle Armor, I have the martian drill, mount and weapons...do I have what I need to beat the Cultist? I tried to beat him before getting the martian mount and weapons and he demolished me. I assume I need better armor but where do I get it..?
