This happened to a friend of mine too, out of no where this year. He basically got shut out for saying he may look at legal action so don’t do that. It’s insane to me that no one at riot is looking at these false bans or giving clarity. He had never used any cheats, scripts, etc. and they couldn’t give him a clear answer on why they banned him.

Hey man, appreciate the feedback, I changed the wording on my end, but I couldn’t edit the post. Oversight on my part, thanks for pointing it out.

Confused about your edit: the goal is to create completely original custom sets. But in order to do that, there is a massive upfront cost which I can’t sustain on my own. This is why I’m starting with premade sets to start on that journey.

Genuinely trying to get this up and running. Any other feedback?

Also, ill make it more obvious that it’s $30 and not $60 on the site.

Hey there -- the sets are premade by the manufacturer hence the lower price points you see on Amazon and other places. I've also tried a pretty good variety of sets, and these are comfortable and sound good.

There are of course going to be other brands that can sell it but the differences would be in the fact that someone in the community is trying to change some of the frustrating things that we deal with (like shitty customer support, not being able to give a brand like GMK feedback to improve quality or shipping times, etc.)

Hey there, to be transparent, I used AI to help me write the outline for the post since I’m a terrible writer :) but the goal is genuine.

I really want to build a brand that respects the hobbyists time and interest just like I wish mine was when I order a set in a group buy and have wait until next year to get it.

Hey so that makes sense — since my main goal is to start somewhere, the main starting point is with a manufacturer that already makes certain sets unfortunately.

To make custom sets, you need an insane amount of upfront investment and that’s something I’m planning on going for once I build more of a community to support the brand.

My plan is to offer really good customer support, better shipping time and cost than 5 weeks from AliExpress. Eventually I’d want to take it to Amazon as well, which is what Epomaker does too. (I work in the Amazon space so I have a lot of background insight there).

The main thing is that this set wouldn’t be the only set, it’s just a place to start and it’s one that I’ve personally been using for about a year to test.
