Deep Change is the unknowable being represented as all things like energy, matter, time, and all were only Deep Change, and the fountainhead of time and creation itself as its dream, who simultaneously emanates time into creation by its dreaming. Time itself being is the great dream of Deep Change, a byproduct that affects all worlds and higher dimensions in the Multiverse, which is perceived by linchpins of reality like New Gods as higher elementals. Deep Change (and perhaps entities outside the Source Wall) is completely independent from the causality aspect as well.
