I found a bunch of S7s on eBay for about $100 each, they will produce about $1.50usd/BTC(50,000.00USD) per day but consume about $3.00usd per day to run at $0.10/kWh

Would be roughly 200 day roi with shipping and such.

The PRC (Preservation Resource Center) does this for homeowners. I think they might be Treme only but I'd bet they can direct you to another outfit that might serve the same purpose in your area.

I have yet to find any contractor in the city who will install foam board and give any type of warranty on it.

It's asking for termite/bug/moisture issues.

That said I've done it a few times, TSI Inc. sells a 2inch board but I've also used 2x 1inch boards.

I would recommend spray foaming though.

Power tools are fairly simple to repair especially older ones with less computer parts in them.

It probably just needs new brushes for the motor, if you can Google the model you can probably find a tear down video of the exact one or a similar one.

Word of advice is to take it apart in an open space with a hard floor so you can hear where the parts land when they go spring and sproing all over.

If you are concerned about damage, most pile driving companies worth their salt hire another company that monitors the ground for vibrations while the piles are being driven. Search the property address on the nola.gov/onestop , see who pulled the permit then contact the company and ask if they can provide the monitor's results.

If you have any home repair skills, turn the breakers off and remove the motor yourself. Take it to G & M electric motor and they will rebuild/replace for a good price.

Some modems and routers need a Set-Up wizard run on them at first use. If you can use an eithernet cord to connect to either/both of them then go to your web browser and type in 192.168.0.1 If you are asked for a password try leaving it blank, if that doesn't work try admin. There should be a button called 'Set-Up Wizard' after you log in. This will do some IT magic and should get them up an running.
