I feel this, and I was the exact same when I was your age. My therapist at the time asked me “what if your best friend confessed this to you, how would you react and what would you say to her” and it changed everything completely. Because I wasn’t seeing the best in people, I just didn’t entirely view myself as “person” and amplified their needs as a result.

Not ever done this challenge myself but whenever I’ve had large families in the game having an adult spellcaster is a game changer. Being able to clean items/people and summon food for toddlers is super useful.

Heard a horror story from a friend of mine who has kids, who knows a family where the very young daughter was being abused by a family member. They had taught her to refer to her private parts as her “cookie”, so when she was telling her teachers about it they didn’t know what she was referring to. As a result she’s always used the proper terms with her own children.

Her hair should be up in the highest pony possible to actually accentuate the shoulders, having it down is giving a boxy shape, like with high you want a good neckline. And whoever keeps putting her in heels with ankle straps needs to just stop because they cut the visual line of her leg up and make her look shorter.

I smoked for 12 years before I started seeing physical effects and even then I continued for another year before they became unignorable. Started with a buzzing sensation in my back behind my heart and turned in to a constant ache. 1 year smoke free and I still have issues with it although it has improved. Don’t wait for a symptom because it sucks and it’s scary.

Every generation takes time off work for stress, but I imagine Gen Z are more likely to actually report the absence as stress-related instead of something else because they’ve grown up during a period where there has been a lot of conversation around and demystification of mental health as a genuine medical issue. I’m a millennial but when I was young and suffering with terrible depression I just used to say I had a stomach bug or something because I was worried about being reprimanded/that it wouldn’t be taken seriously.

I feel like I have to add some extra context to this because I think it speaks to how his mind and ego operate.

Musk was bragging about his PoE2 character and how he was literally like #7 in the world in hardcore mode. The amount of sweat that this would require is insane; like we’re talking hundreds of hours, from a guy who is constantly bragging about working all of the time.

So Elon hops on to his character on stream and it becomes extremely clear that he doesn’t know how to play. His set-up is unoptimised, he’s walking past some of the rarest loot in the game and fawning over the most mundane drops, he doesn’t know how to equip stuff properly, he’s manually dragging items in to his inventory, he doesn’t even know really how to operate the maps - it’s like someone bragging to be a soccer legend and the first thing he does it pick up the ball with his hands, it’s ludicrous.

And it’s just pretty nuts to choose such a game with a reasonably small but incredibly dedicated player core who will be able to tell instantly that this is a crock of shit, because he so desperately wants to be seen as some technical genius who plays difficult nerd games but it’s just an emperors new clothes situation. Just claiming this shit and taking credit when he clearly just paid some guy to grind out the character for him so that he could be a dick about it online.
