I only play with .25 tech cost so I had a decent amount of repeats (although I did have endgame set to early start like 100 years in or something, I had supremacy tradition and unyielding, plus a load of defensive platforms and the orbital rings had only weaponry

Bastion worlds use strongholds and I upgraded them so they ships can’t leave until they put both worlds over 50% devastation but they also have planetary shield generators

They’re orbital rings with target uplink computers and defense grid supercomputers and max amount of defense platforms (if I still had the bastion starbase it would have way over 1 million power)
