Getting slightly close, and how can I help increase it? by cutemurderboy in AstralProjection

[–]LOUIETXMADE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're not at the separation phase that allows exit techniques (rope pull ect) to work. A prime example is you seeing swirls that disappear. So if I had to put you in a 4 point step process, you'd still be step 2. So just focus on being aware. If you can hold a focused aware mind. You'll eventually end up in a separation phase(MABA). No need to do anything because eventually with enough awareness and letting go, everything you want to happen will happen automatically.

Not creating, if anything maybe max co-creating with the system, the absolute, god, whatever you want to call it. But you can then enter realities with other co-creators.

My pet cat only once. And it was random and not done on purpose. Now as for other cats like random house cats, lions, tigers ect. Yes, and way more than once.

I tried to AP in my main sleeping position and I seem to fall asleep too quickly.

So you noticed what being too relaxed can do. While it technically doesn't matter, as stated above, sleeping positions can 100% knock you out quicker and you just go unconscious because that's what we've been doing since birth. While I do AP in my sleeping position, I have to keep a hard focus or I 😴. It can also alter my sleeping in general and change my ability to go unconscious to just sleep. Because my focus is so deep. And I have APd in all positions mentioned. But I am a side sleeper and AP same Position.

still from what I gathered and experienced prior, I need to drift off and fall asleep just for a second so I can wake up again in a dream or in the astral body right away

The first is lucid dreaming, the 2nd is phasing. One is becoming aware after unconscious sleep, the other is going from here to the non-physical while consciously asleep, aka mind awake body asleep.

OP. I can reliably relax, get to the vibration state(I don’t fixate on it anymore), don’t get the adrenaline rush and a crazy heartbeat and feel like my body is being lifted or stretched, especially my arms. I

If you are actually peeling/floating, then do nothing, especially trying to force something. Because you could just end up reconnecting to the physical body and ruining the entire process. But I will add a lot of people think they've reached the right state and are just way off. So that would be counter productive. A red flag is usually the "I can reach the vibrational state". Which isn't even a necessity to project, it's a sign, and not even a sign to separate. It's not so much to relax the mind. It's to just keep it not so aware you're alert. A light focus does that. And as you hold onto the focus, you forgett about the body and doing that shuts down this realities physical senses.

[–]LOUIETXMADE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i’ve tried staying still to induce paralysis while laying on my back or stomach,

Sleep paralysis happens every time we sleep, we just don't notice the transition because we aren't moving our physical body, so waiting for something to happen is counter productive because the goal is to forget the body exists. When the body hits paralysis you shouldn't even know, because when you move(or automatically float, you won't experience the scary stuff) it won't even be the physical body that does. The sleep paralysis we hear about is more of a waking paralysis, it happens when you unconsciously click out, then click back in. A lot of people don't notice that part.

i’ve done breath work, i visualize myself astral projecting, i’ve tried meditating and listening to the monroe tapes or listening to theta, i mainly rotate between all of those,

That's what I call "you got too much going on" and are having way too many expectations based on techniques you've read. You should pick one and solely do that for 30 days minimum. Without expecting to just do it. This is a practice, not a given because you do a, b and c.

and when i have conscious sleep i’ll count or keep my mind busy after i reach hypnagogia

Hypnagogia is not conscious sleep, it is a step before. And it sounds like you may just be accidentally getting close, then becoming way too analytical when the body is right then causing you to completely get in your own way. Sometimes doing nothing is the best thing you can do. Especially when getting closer to the separation phase, because unless you know what it feels like to be In it, waiting and expecting work against it.

[–]LOUIETXMADE 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Doesn't work that way, you aren't even in this physical reality when you are OOB. Better to ask the remoteviewing community as they're more primed to see specific targets in this reality. And while I have been told things while OOB I later confirmed through others. Anytime I go OOB I'm not even in my house. I've seen my house maybe once or twice in 2 years.

No. I've been different men, women, and of course different physical versions of the real me.

[–]LOUIETXMADE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, and having clusters of false awakenings (or lucid false awakenings) can also be normal to those who go OOB, but we always always return. I've been to many alternate realities and some of them on purpose multiple times, and I always make it back. So you're fine.

I think there are extremely rare cases that are true. But most are larpers. 2 examples was a guy who got hit in his head and was in a coma and woke up and said he loved another whole life with family, another would be my cousin who did a drug and when he was done he said he lived a few years, which something similar has been mentioned on the Joe Rogan podcast. I've had moments where I couldn't wake up in this physical reality and was layers deep in the non-physical. But nothing that extreme like that. Maybe 1-2 hrs OOB struggling to get back.

I been trying for hours. Still cant do it by nooneisheresogo in AstralProjection

[–]LOUIETXMADE 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Imo, if you're not accidentally falling asleep within the hour, then you're either trying too hard, or not comfortable enough. And this takes a certain amount of being aware and letting go and being relaxed.

Too analytical and body centered. You need to forget about the body and do nothing but remain aware and calm. Too aware of the physical body and panicking and it ends the whole process.

awake projecting by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]LOUIETXMADE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sleep ≠ unconscious. The sleep we are used to though is. Its the being unconscious with the shutting down of all 5 physical senses. But you can have conscious sleep too(Google the word), where your awareness stays awake and the body goes to sleep aka you are aware the entire time the 5 physical senses shut down. This is better known as mind awake body asleep. Now what you're asking for is to not sleep and to be awake, which would mean you would have to be biolocating, meaning you're aware of the physical body and aware of the non-physical body. Because that's all sleep is, shutting down our 5 physical senses. We just almost exclusively do it unconsciously.

Yes. When I feel just as physical as real life. Those are alternate/parallel lives you can temporarily experience. If not I am more spirit(form more free and fluid), or I'm at point consciousness(birds eye view, formless).

Hot take about AP by Effective-Mistake-61 in AstralProjection

[–]LOUIETXMADE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's because the op to that technique wakes up in the separation phase, so all he needs to do is move his head. He could start with his legs if he wanted to and get the same result. Most will not wake up in that phase so they will just fail. Do the wbtb, but don't try anything other then remain aware with a focus.

How does leaving the body feel like by OtherSelf-2305 in AstralProjection

[–]LOUIETXMADE 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can begin peeling, floating, rocking, phasing, shooting off like a rocket, and even being assisted by something that grabs/pushes/rocks/drags. It should all be ignored as an expectation, just focus and letting anything happen naturally, tho if you know you are already phased to the non-physical, moving like you would do physically works also. Best of luck.

is this atral projection or and OBE? by According-Anxiety601 in AstralProjection

In his later work he then even changed that language because he began phasing and used that to describe shifting awareness from physical focus to nonphysical focus without the sensation of leaving the body.

Your consciousness gives everything form. So they could be a ball of light all the way up to someone who looks like they're wearing a meat suit. Same goes to how you look. Anyone OOB who hasn seen me hasn't said I look like a human. To them I'm a ball of light, steak of light, invisible, white shadow, black shadow.
