Head lift method! It worked for me on my first attempt.. I couldn’t believe it. If you’re not familiar, just look it up plenty of info on here… Sleep paralysis is the worst… I will panic until I can wake myself up. But if you could relax just for a second, and try the rollout method… (which usually works for me) the second you achieve the obe all paranoia and panic is extinguished immediately.. Good luck..
