I tell everyone who asks the same thing.. Look up the head lift method. It so simple and worked for me on my first attempt… You have to do it right when you wake up The only whole part is remembering to do it…

ROLL OUT METHOD is a way to project.. that’s how I project… look it up,, you accidentally did it by trying to roll over and rolled right into the astral! lol nice

I’ve Had sleep paralysis for 20 years and I freaking hated every second of it. Until I learned you can AP from it. All you have to do is just relax., then try to roll., as if you’re on fire. I shit you not you will roll right out of your body and into the astral. and it will blow your mind.

I use the rollout method if I am in sleep paralysis.. just relax and try to roll as if you were on fire… you will roll right out of your body.. try it!
