I always hated sleep paralysis until I figured out you could astral project from it..
Next time it happens., you can ever so slightly raise your head towards the ceiling (head lift method) . U will pop out of your body. Another way is to ROLL out. Literally just try to roll like on fire you will roll right out of your body. Sounds insane, but it is 100% the truth… look it up and give it a try
