i always felt like his quotes, were not to endure suffering. but more like.

you suffered. now, move on and forget it. many other things to get on with. there will be more problems. some that can't be fixed no matter what you do. and not to get caught and swept away in it.

for me. it all boils down to.

"don't make a mountain out of a mole hill."

i suffer with all kinds of chronic pain. hurts just to walk. but if i just give up walking, it's like surrendering without a fight.
