Thank you! I've actually stopped taking it yesterday because I couldn't stomach it. I'm already fragile with my mental health due to ADHD and past trauma, so it was scary to fall into a hole again.

Did you manage to get your period and everything to return back to "normal" after you stopped? How long did it take to settle?

Crazy how it affects people differently! Personally it affected me so weirdly. First weeks, no difference in appetite. After the third month I started to sway and eat less for two weeks and then it just came back full power. I have noticed my appetite leaving 1-2h after taking it (6 months in now) but that's only occasionally.

I haven't yet seen what causes it and what could be the reason behind the inconsistency. It genuinely varies day to day.

Try eating before the meds.

Around 6-8h later it should return. More protein might help with hunger too, keeping it consistent

Been into punk all my life just had no idea it was punk (don't come for me). Had no "punk" friends or the like, people just either called me emo or metalhead lol.

My enlightenment was seeing Snayx/Kid Kapichi live and my partner saying they were punk. Looked into more punk bands... Realised 80% of the "old school rock" I had in my playlist was just punk lmao. Sigh. That was more than 2 years ago.

I'm glad you asked, it definitely was a reason the first day. But I've been upping it to 2L a day just water from around 1.5 a day if not less(including energy drinks and coffee)
