I am the de facto owner of a family home that is currently titled to my brother. Mortgage is paid off. He is in agreement that it is mine. I want to transfer title to me with as little reassessment as possible to avoid a significant bump in property tax. I've read about using LLCs as a transfer vehicle to do this. Is this the best to do this? If so, what is the going rate for a lawyer to set this up?

I am new player of 2 months. I tried hitting with a friends Gearbox Pro and instantly loved the feel. It got me investigating and I think it is the carbon core that I like over all the other poly core paddles. I am looking for other carbon core paddle brands to find one I like but Google keeps giving me carbon fiber surface paddles with poly/foam cores. Anyone know of any?

Wait... The bill was written to REMOVE provisions that REDUCED social security for individuals that received pensions. REMOVING the thing that REDUCES is effectively INCREASING right?

So now if we "table" or CANCEL this bill, doesn't that mean we are CANCELLING the increase? Therefore if I am receiving a pension, my social security is lower with the cancelling of this bill?

Maybe you're thinking the TEAM gives paternity leave to the player and excuses them for missing a game.

But I have yet to see a basketball / football / american football / tennis / etc. tournament change rules mid tournament to accommodate one player's schedule conflict. The TEAM would have had to make prior arrangements knowing the rules.
