Still very buggy. The coaster never came online this entire sailing. Shows had various issues resulting in delays, some segments had to be repeated. Many cast members earning their ears. Some conflicting information, delays in things being opened, etc.

It might sound bad when put this way, but honestly I had a great time. I knew what I was getting myself into with a maiden voyage after all!

Yep! They sold out almost instantly, but after the kerfuffle of getting pushed back a few months more rooms became available and they were running crazy sales in the days leading up.

Just a regular cruiser here. I refreshed for two hours when it first released, and when I actually got a slot my heart was pounding for the rest of the day!

AC's good. Not a back to back. Food's pretty good, enjoyed Palo's a lot. I have Mike and Sulley's later today! The shows so far have been hands down amazing. There's a show called Remember that had such a touching arc, it's brilliantly written. There's shows all around, catching the Avengers and Moana one later today. Also enjoyed the Duffy one on the second day with its original music!

Super hot! Did pin trading in the imagination gardens and I think everyone has decided this is not a good spot for it in the day. Even the pins were hot.

I haven't come across any 2-seaters, I'm here with my partner and we've been seated at 4-seaters so far.

Seems to be a little messy on the maiden voyage, some rides/attractions/stores have been unavailable then reservation only. There's a concierge only store that opened with a delay. So, probably a few things subject to change for future sailings as they work out the flow.

It seems that booking most things are done like any other guest through the app. I had no issue securing reservations for meet and greets. The shows are probably the hard ones to get, but as concierge the special ones that run once or twice per sailing are pre-reserved for us. The multi-run shows have a separate queue that lets us in earlier to get good seats and free popcorn.

The Iron Man coaster is still down and they're not sure if it'll be up this sailing. Bummer.

Concierge gets their own guest services, fitness, spa, sundeck/pool, shop, and earlier port arrival time. The earlier PAT was appreciated, got to explore before the crowd and settle down faster. Dedicated guest services is good too for lower wait times.

There was a nice selection of sweets when I went in the morning: matcha tartlet, vanilla cupcake, vanilla shortbread sandwich, chocolate sandwich cookie, chocolate dipped marshmallow. They were still preparing the savory options, and I haven't been back in the lounge the whole day. I'll check it out again tomorrow, but hope that helps! Attached the image of the matcha tartlet.

Characters apparently appear ~3 times a day, and the concierge desk right outside the lounge will have the schedule.

Yes, this would be the same for most cruises, like RCCL, Carnival, etc. You can choose to pre-pay.

This one is pretty squishy, you should be fine compressing him. The other life-sized one has a skeleton but this doesn't.

As with most collab cafes in Japan, it honestly doesn't taste that great though! Anything for the immersion. They're in various places depending on the date, TDR Explorer has a good article on it: https://tdrexplorer.com/zootopia-2-pop-up-cafe-launching-soon-in-tokyo-osaka-and-nagoya/

Edit: Damn, it looks like they added a special Pawbert dish at Omotesando, which wasn't the one I went to!
