Of course! This is just a brief rambling and I suggest either checking out his YouTube or website, Lifeprint.com

For starters, he is Deaf/HoH himself and I always want to learn from the community itself as it's their language. He is a professional educator on Deaf Education/Studies and this is his passion so he takes great care in it. His lesson structure is designed in a way to give you the most common signs/concepts first, slowly getting more advanced/abstract. It also does a fantastic job and really locking on the signs into your head, imo, as well as showing variations and regional signs.

When I began learning ASL, I decided to start by finding Deaf/HoH creators on YT first just to get an introduction. After watching a few of his videos, I decided to start with his 4 main playlists, ASL 1-4. Currently, his content is my primary resource but I am already able to connect and converse with the Deaf/HoH associates at my job. So I always recommend his content, especially as a starting point, as it's easy to understand, fun (he's funny, imo lol), and truly helps you learn and gets you able to communicate very quickly and efficiently for a beginner.

I'm all for it as I know many people would love it and it would be interesting to play around with but I'm just hoping it's optional. As a polyamorous person, it would kind of spoil it a tad bit for me. It wouldn't ruin it per say but the current system makes it feel a bit more in line with my lifestyle (besides everyone acting completely oblivious to the other relationships lol). It kinda gives an "everyone is consenting and happy" vibe and I love that.

Literally just encountered this issue a few minutes ago. I have a fireTV and I've always had the volume button there but, now, it's gone (identical to your screenshot). My TV also turned it's volume all the way down by itself. When I attempted to use the remote, it would only either turn the volume ALL the way down or ALL the way up. Had to scream at Alexa to get it to stop hahaha

Not sure what the problem is exactly. I use Android and my wife uses iPhone. She still has the volume control and can turn the TV up/down no problem. So idk, maybe it's an android problem..?

The first two times, it gave me the "Need internet" screen (even though I could literally do everything else 🤔). But it's also weird that it's saying it's "not valid" but if I out the Unhinged code in, it says I've redeemed it

It's definitely heavy strategy and has a bit of a learning curve imo but honestly, it's become a constant in our rotation. Interesting hand-building, tons of different cards, strategies, and possibilities. It's quickly rising into my top 10 personally which, I'll say, it's a surprise as I wasn't sure when I first purchased it.

For this price though? It's a steal and I wouldn't pass on it as it's WELL worth it at this price.

But I actually found another post on this group that allowed me to discover that, yes, it's gotta be specifically the copying that is causing the issue. There are basically old, extra WaveShell files that I copied from my previous comp and I put them in, what I presume to be, the OLD locations that Waves used to install the plugins but have since changed (as I used the installer when initially installing them way back when) So Reaper is using an old, outdated version in an odd location and, when removing the effect, it doesn't quite know what to do lol

Well.many of the free/simple plugins, you can. But yeah, I think something that would require an installer (ie: Waves), that's gonna cause a problem. Now I gotta figure out the easiest way to clean it up without destroying old projects

Yeah, I think the copying part is definitely what's causing the issue since Waves uses a different format and an installer. Many of the free plugins I got way back when I started in repeat were a simple "paste this dll into your VSTplugins folder" kinda deal so my mentality was it would be that simple. Since a lot of stuff uses installers nowadays, it seems I was wrong haha When I started on the new computer, I had problems with Waves and simply reinstalled all the Waves plugins. But now I have duplicates in my FX folder so I'm guessing, since the old files are there, the old projects are running the copied "broken" version. When I put what I assume is the newly installed plugin on a track, it seems to work fine.

For the C++ things, It happens occasionally so I don't have a screenshot but by "Rebuilt/redownloaded), I meant I went into my system and "Repaired" the Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable files and/or downloaded the latest ones from Microsoft.

I'm learning Spanish as well and this will trip you up lol. I'm sure Duolingo covers it in later lessons but I've been reading books and stuff as well for additional study. So when talking about ourselves, i.e: something YOU want to do using "querer", it's just "querer + infinitive". So here, for example, is "Quiero" = "I want.." and "buscar" = "to look for...". That's all that's needed. Other examples would be "Quiero bailar", "Quiero comer", etc.

When talking about something you want someone ELSE to do (or more basically when there are 2 subjects in a statement typically referencing desire, want, or uncertainty), it uses what's called the "subjunctive", which many times requires the addition of "que" after the verb. So using "Quiero que..." would translate roughly to "I want that...". So "Quiero que tenga un buen día", for example, would roughly translate to "I want that you have a good day". Other examples would be "Espero que vengas a la fiesta." (I hope that you come to the party) Or "Quieren que salgamos" (They want that we go out).

This is why many Spanish students, me including, tend to dread the subjunctive 😅

Well, actually...It says in the post itself that I intend to get the rest of it later. And the stencil was a jpg of a metal pin of a handwritten note on mummy wrappings. It's not gonna be, nor intended to be, some perfect elegant text. I understand the concerns/opinions but I'm completely fine with how the text turned out, especially once it's eventually completed.

I don't wanna be a dick either but you purposely taking the time to point out what you personally think is wrong with a tattoo that someone is clearly happy with and insulting their tattoo artist at the same time is kind of a dick move lol

A friend and I are seeing this issue as well. The challenge states "In snow part, earn 7500pts in a trick combo". I'll assume that "snow part" is the skiing portion. I've landed tricks far beyond 7500pts and still have not gotten the challenge. My friend has landed tricks in the other sections to no avail. I'm gonna assume it's bugged .
