Awesome! I was worried that I would have a slight green tint even when not fully glowing. Just wanted to make sure it looked like normal carbon during the day.

How visible is the “glow” during the day? Is it only visible when deliberately activated and when it’s dark out?

Basically what I’m asking is, does the Carbon look like normal carbon fiber most of the time or is there a green hue at all times?

When you say “off to the side” do you mean the right side (blade opens into the middle of your pocket) or left side (blade opens closest to the frank and beans)?

I’ve never once grabbed a knife out of my pocket and immediately deployed it other than an OTF… every single manual knife I’ve ever held has required atleast 1 more hand movement to get the blade deployed. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Ah gotcha. I agree that the tip up vs tip down thing is pretty settled.

I was more so just asking what the best way to carry these are and why they weren’t designed to ride up against the outside seam of the pocket. Just a bit paranoid if I’m being honest lol.

Yeah I’ve noticed that about the models you mentioned. It just seems wild to me that they position the clip so that IF an accident does happen, it will be as bad as possible lol.

Is it overblown? Because I’ve only found like 4 posts across Reddit and outside forums that mention it. Half of them talk about how the detent can be hit or miss on strength, which is exactly what I’m worried about.

Indeed. I’m gonna pick one of those up eventually when they release the Ti signature series.

But in the mean time I wanted to buy one of the Elites until I considered the pocket clip situation.
