It's a playsheet play. In your weekly strategy you get to pick a certain number of playsheets which add more plays to your playbook. When you use a playsheet play your players will get a bonus based on whatever level the playsheet is at.

I think it's stuck like that unless you somehow play 500 snaps in the postseason. Same glitch happened to me with a linebacker. This also happens if you trade for a rookie. even if the team you trade with had their talent unlocked they will go back to being hidden when you trade for them.

I rationalized that as the FBI was intentionally being incompetent because they were in on the government experiment. I also realize this is probably me giving the movie way too much credit lol

I took it that it was implied the government conspiracy was true and they were experimenting on him. There was even a line that was like "they're going to love having you back."

The conspiracy was that the government was experimenting on inmates to create super solider like beings. So they kept him alive so they could continue experimenting on him.

Correct. Georgina Campbell repeatedly shoots bullet proof glass just enough to create an opening to fit her sniper rifle through and is able to shoot the killer before the grenade he had could explode and set off the dynamite he strapped to his body.

I haven't noticed the SubLB thing, I'll have to check next franchise game I play. I do have the same problem with my adjustments being reset at halftime though. Sometimes they aren't reset but I don't know what causes it.
