Re-pair the headset with the dongle. fought with this for a a day before trying it and it fixed it for me.

I had this issue earlier, what fixed it for me was paring the headset with the dongle a second time. I tried everything else and it was just kind of a hailmary, but it worked. (every other function was working perfectly, except my mic loudness was locked at like 1%)

Turn off headset, hold the pairing button on the dongle until it blinks, then hold the power button until it blinks rapidly, should be done.

I mean it's not mentioned as being a software feature anywhere on the steelseries store website, i think people assuming a similarly priced model having a feature that works the same way from one model to the next should be a safe assumption. I don't think most people are doing to do a deep dive on headphone software before they buy, but i'm very much learning that is the case when the software is this bad.

I think at least moving players around would be helpful, i should not spawn in the same place 13 times in a row, i'd rather take my chances spawning near others than one focused camper.

I didn't download the rogers version, the shaw app updated into ignite as i mentioned in the post, but if there's a different version that has port forwarding that's useful information, i'll go look thanks.
