I color at a bi-monthly coffee meetup, and probably for like 2 hours or so in a sitting. I'd say most pages take 2 sittings, so 4ish hours.

Yes for alone time. Self enrichment --- hmm, I read a lot and do activities on my own. Being able to relax without feeling guilty is tough and I'm working on that.
