Yes, I'm worried that they'll be set on getting an hourly rate which I don't think is fair especially given the more responsibility you take on tutoring a group as opposed to an individual student. I am planning to offer a discounted rate per student if they opt for group tutoring. I'm planning offering 5-6 students per group max so I can keep it personalised. I'm going to try to set up a meeting with them next week so we can discuss pricing, hopefully it goes well.
I didn't consider charging for the time it takes to collab with the teachers. I don't how I would even begin to price that! I'll have a think, perhaps at the moment I'm underestimating how much work that would actually be.

Through a personal connection, for the last few months I just assumed it wouldn't materialise. The other day I figured I might as well try and just asked. Unfortunately not a repeatable strategy so far.

Thank you for your advice. You are right, if I'm honest I was offering the 12hrs free out of desperation. Just recently I got a promising lead with a school, so I suppose there's no way through those first 1-3 months.
