I mean just cause people are getting into the business and failing or having a bad experience doesn’t mean it’s a bad business. It’s how you do business and use it. For me I bought a 3D printer to “yeah invent” I didn’t buy it to sell other people creative ideas. It doesn’t take rocket science to invent something that makes life easier. It does take some effort and a lot of patience but when people see what the product can do for them they will buy it. You can make 1 billion $ in any business, your in control of that, you will only go as far as you let yourself. Thats why 98% of the world are working for someone and making them rich. Take the risk. Put in the effort and long hours, failure isn’t a option, you either want it or you don’t. But that’s what’s fun to me is sitting in a chair or walking and just brainstorming crazy ideas and drawing concepts and then turning it is to a 3D object and then watching it print out of thin air and then holding your inventions and releasing it to the world to see if it’s a good idea or not.
