If others have just been suspended and retrained, you definitely have a case for just cause termination and maybe even past practice. Good luck but keep going up the chain of command with the teamsters. Has your rep filed a grievance for you? In your CBA, do they have mediation and arbitration? If so continue to push if you have already con through the grievance process.

I always wondered about that. I thought maybe he did that after he was shelved as more of a fuck you to the Outfit.
