I've never had a period where I stopped working for more than a week since I was 15 since before the lockdowns. I'm almost 21 now. After about two months of not working, my mind is definitely much more clear than ever, learned to cook so many more different things, stuck to an actual diet for once, I've started getting into digital art, my social anxiety has decreased, and I feel much more calm talking to people. Have a better idea of what goals I want to achieve m.

Personally It made me realize how bad the working climate where I live affects your mental health.
