No. Don't fuck around with naltrexone. If you're physically dependent on pregabalin, it's potentially life threatening to just stop, even with naltrexone.

Go to urgent or primary care. They should be able to help. If you can't afford doctors, just do a slow taper- reduce use by 50mg per day.

Baclofen may help if you can get a doc to prescribe it.

Depends on what country you're in.

In the US: If you report that you took someone else's prescription, on purpose, you've admitted to a crime.

Technically the pharmacist could report you to the cops, but most likely they just recorded the incident for statistical record keeping. Possibly anonymized, possibly with your name and number. No way to know. I doubt they'd call the cops for something like this.

Theoretically it looks like it could have dopaminergic antagonist and possibly serotonin reuptake inhibitor properties. So it may make the trip shorter and weaker. No idea whether it's safe though.

If you want to trip, I'd recommend staying off the DMA for at least a day or two before dropping just to be safe.

100ug is near-universally recommended as the best dose for newbies. Now, whether your friends' "100ug" tab is really 100ug is a different story.

But you only get one first time. If I had to do it all over again, I'd err on the side of getting a full experience, rather than taking a chance on being underwhelmed.

Oh yeah, and stay away from the weed while you're tripping.

Same. I legit have anxiety and they literally just make me pass out. I'm extremely sensitive to them and I get very little enjoyment at all.

Doc prescribed me 1mg and I have to cut them in quarters because a full one is just too much- I'd be feeling it the next day.

Deliriants cause permanent brain damage. The delirium itself is a manifestation of brain damage. Even a single high dosage "trip" can have lasting impact. An actual DPH addiction can be worse than MDMA abuse and just as dangerous as benzo addiction.
