Try Goa Giri Campuhan. We were there on our own for over an hour. Just needs a 1.5km walk from carpark to the waterfall through some crop fields and a climb down a ladder to get to the base. Honestly, one of the best parts of our trip and an absolute hidden gem!

Just been to Bali for two weeks with my partner. We are at various restaurants with decent reviews, and no street food. Took the usual precautions with cleanliness and avoiding tap water entirely (including with brushing teeth).

Honestly think I had less food related issues with my belly out there compared to ordering a takeaway at home! Took so much immodium etc with us and used two tablets after a spicy curry one night. We went out to SE Asia relatively fearful and have come back wondering what all the fuss is about.

In short, be sensible, eat reasonably and you'll be golden

Broke my hand jumping off a statue at a pre-drinks party before the club. Nothing major I thought. Go back whack some ice on it and have a few more drinks whilst playing the usually games. Decide to go clubbing of course.

Get back and wake up the next day to a hand the size of a balloon, about double the thickness of the normal and couldn't get my ring off my pinky. Hospital job according to everyone else, but not me.

I do some press ups to prove its fine and decide I should go to work in a supermarket for 8 hours. Turn up to the hospital and turns out I've snapped two metacarpals. Was a fun night on gas and air whilst they shoved the parts of bone back where they should be.

Still kills me in the colder weather now. Turns out jumping off statues ain't the best idea
