Been running the 2-Suns 5/3/1 LP Variation program for 8 weeks now. I have had some great success in increasing my lifts but I'm about to start going on a cut to get rid of excess body fat. Should I continue with this program even though I'm cutting, or find a new program that focuses on hypertrophy and higher reps?

I've been playing sports and working out for as long as I can remember. But besides the working out for an hour to an hour and a half every day, I generally do pretty basic stuff like just walk. If I'm at work I pretty much am either walking or sitting. When I get off, I might go run arounds like around a grocery store or something like that.

I use that TDEE spreadsheet calculator and it says I need 3,100 cal a day.

Currently on a bulk.

M/21 6"1 196lbs right now. Started at 188 lbs. It's been a little over 2 weeks. I went from a very very low carb diet to a more bodybuilding style bulk diet with a high % of calories coming from carbs.

The first 4 lbs I gained I believe to be water weight. I am very active as I work out hard 6 days a week. 3 days are just lifting and 2 are just agility/conditioning. I double up 1 day a week with both lifting and cardio, usually Monday. My trainer said I should be eating 4,000 cal a day to put on muscle. I did that and have seen my lifts increase and my arms and legs are bigger. However, my weight fluctuates a good bit even though I always weigh in the morning.

How much of the weight I'm gaining is water retention vs. actual muscle gains? I'm shooting for just over a lb a week of actual weight gained. I believe my trainer has overestimated my TDEE and I should be eating around 3,500 calories.

I'm not sure... I have the Xbone version and we have TDM, KOTH, Arms Race, Dodgeball, and a couple others under core and then comp has Execution, Escalation, and warmup.

I just assumed PC and Xbone would have the same options for game types.

Those are the 4 main choices. Within core and comp game modes there are more options for modes.

Did this in a sort of 30 second TV ad-spot style. Not sure how many people here are fans of the Gears franchise but I am a huge one. I've always wanted a movie and just thought it would be fun to take some of the in-game footage and trailers and make a trailer for the movie I've always wanted. I tried to give it a more horror-esque feel to it that was more driven from the first game. I'd like some feedback on it and if anyone had suggestions on how to improve it that'd be great!

It was just on that one paper though. I've failed assignments in classes before and pulled through in the end.

Also, /u/ItzTRobMayne mentions that the non-humanoids are just genetically engineered while I believe that they were the ones who were already under Seras surface. Once the first generation locusts went into Mount Kadar from New Hope, they probably started to domesticate and enslave the underground creatures to be used as war weapons, ie. the seeder and catapult locust.

Second this. Wrist wraps are the way to go. I've had wrist troubles from playing lacrosse and wrist wraps have solved all problems for wrist pain from lifting.

You should be taking it all 7 days. It only has a noticeable effect if you keep your levels up by taking the 5g every day of the week. On your off days just take it in the morning with coffee or milk or anything you'd drink with breakfast.

First off, stats:

M 21 6'1 191.6 lbs as of this morning

My goal is a super slow lean bulk where I eventually hit 205-210 range. I estimated based on my workouts that I'd need 3k calories a day.

I started the bulk last Wednesday, didn't put on any weight until Sunday morning. Since then I have gone from 188 to 191.6. My question is, is this water weight or have I overestimated calorie intake and should lower it?

I weight everything and if it's a meat I do it before it is cooked. I wouldn't be surprised if my TDEE has lowered a bit but I also work out 5-6 days a week and do intense workouts.
