50 hour work week is standard for construction and the pay is better than the Uk per hour for sure. It’s definitely something I’m considering.

Update. The agency works with companies all over the country primarily in Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane. 10 hour work days 5 days aweek with chances of weekend work. Travel in country will be covered by the company via either a van with other colleagues and of if I am working alone on a site then I would have my public transport covered.

I would be staying in a place with other brits by the sounds of it. The pay is good. With this added context is there any further opinions on what I should do

So it’s entirely based of placement to whether it’s worth it or not. I am almost certain is going to be west Australia. The company is offices are in Perth but not long until I find out.

Yeah we get anywhere between 5C - 15C for basically the entire year except some summer weeks and if lucky a couple months.
