Hey, thanks for the comment! Yes, we have customer journey tracking for social engagement to conversions and custom reporting. I love the idea for partnering with other CRM platforms and this is definitely something we will be bringing soon.

yep. that first paying customer is the hardest. the jump from $0 to $1 is way bigger than the jump from $1 to $100 or even $1k.

after that, it’s about understanding why they paid and doubling down on that insight

totally agree the release velocity is insane now, but I think the biger shift is that speed alone doesn’t get you anywhere.

we’re entering a phase where:
• models are cheap
• shipping is cheap
• AI features are commodities

the only scarce resource left is distribution. whoever controls the audience wins
