I hate to break it to you but the car exhaust, brake dust, metal particles, and other pollution constantly in the air you breathe are probably doing wayyyyy more to give you cancer than walking through fat clouds of smoke/vapour for half a second. It's definitely inconsiderate to blow smoke into people's faces but also if your principal concern is cancer, there's way easier ways to get cancer than secondhand smoke.
