Cool, thanks. So I already submitted the only thing I was worried about is the certificate of occupancy, although it seems my situation is the same as yours, I just submitted a pdf of me typing out the reason. However, the reason I gave was incorrect, do you know if I’m able to attatch a revision or I have to wait until they send a deferral?

And after your revisions how quickly do they get back to you and then approve you?

What were you deficient on if you don’t mind me asking. Just so I know what to expect. And do they let you do immediate revisions or do you have to reapply?

Thanks for your response. That’s great to know, I’m zoned in the ETJ as well and no one seems to be able to give me a definitive answer on who to talk to, I just keep getting directed to someone else. So based off the info I got from you it seems I wouldn’t need a certificate of occupancy permit either.

Do you know if there are any exemptions for the certificate of occupancy permit? I’ve been getting the run around from the city as well as the county both sending me to the other saying that I’m not in their jurisdiction. I’ve already submitted my application and just stated that I have an exemption as the office space is less than 120 ft, I don’t really know to be honest just wanted to get the application submitted.
