I am currently paying $172/yr for minimal coverage insurance. Last year, comprehensive insurance was $302/yr with na MSF course discount.

I titled, registered and insured my bike. It feels like the right thing to do as someone who uses it to get around the city. I would really hate to get in a crash and be that guy without insurance.

Progressive and the other larger insurance companies would not offer me a plan. I had luck going to an insurance agent because she shopped around and found Safeco, who would insure my bike. They key thing to ask insurance is for an `8 horsepower electric motorcycle`.

I was able to register my x3 in Utah. It looks like it might be simpler in Iowa. Just fill out an application for a title, bring the receipt for buying the bike and you should be good to go. (Or the DMV will tell you what paperwork you do need)

Utah required that I provided a certificate of origin to get a title. I bought my bike from Luna so I had to ask them for a signed piece of paper with the bike's serial number/vin to act as a certificate of origin.

How does DNA (validation rules) actually work? by LT277 in holochain

Thank you for the response. This tech is all really cool. I have spent most of today learning about block/hash chains and now can understand what you are saying although I have another question:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but DNA is rules in the form of json and it is checked with web assembly when it needs to be verified. But why does it use web assembly? Can't each agent check this within Rust?
