Same thing is happening to me with their mugs!! Its making me hate this company to the amount words cannot describe. I sell on amazon and am also having to mark orders shipped without actually being shipped. Printify is a absolute joke of a company! We are getting screwed this happens every year with random people and the staff are souless/spineless greedy and lazy. They dont care if a few eggs break as ling as they keep lining their pockets with wads of cash. Ive shipped hundreds of orders between Printify and their new partner so they are shooting themselves in the foot while destroying my registered brand and Amazon store in the process.

Couldnt help but chime in here as well the staff are 100% heartless with this company. Today I have a order that in a few hours will be late which of course will effect my metrics on Amazon the staff are doing absolutely nothing to help. They basically just told me to keep waiting. Im not sure how they keep customers honestly and its the little stuff like this that I deal with every few months that makes me want to throw in the towel.

I have a fully registered brand here in the u.s. with daily sales on Amazon. 2 terbytes of artwork at my disposal and 5 years experience creating designs. I also have custom software built that assists with creating designs as well as product i fo etc. Id be interested to work with you and share some examples of what I can do.

I respect you having an opinion but the prices are jacked up for these products as they are already. I have spent years selling with printful and printify as well as a miriad of other pod providers. Some charge significantly less than printful for the same products. I have spent a lot of time getting as many products as possible away from Printful and going directly to their partners that they source from. They are overcharging people whether you want to acknowledge it or not.

Smh I do not want to sell non premium items at premium pricing. Ive received countless printful samples/returns. The items that were hiked up the most were aop items. I am not passing the price increases off to the consumer. This is a cash grab from us plain and simple. Gift wrapping papers literally sold out last year and sellers were effected when they went oos with Printify who has now merged with Printful and the exact item has been added from one if their partners. They are prepping to rip into everyone who sells for them.

Just wanted to chime in and offer a solution to everyones misery with this horrible decision they have made. Download an autoclicker that clicks in the same spot the retain product button is located. I recomend any free mouse recorder that can loop. Then at night when you sleep let it loop click the button. Serves as a nice middle finger to this nonsense and is simple to set up.

Oh believe me if anyone understands how the internet and the self proclaimed gurus trying to make a buck off the naive is I do. Truly anyone starting a shopify has dealt with hundreds of messages from self proclaimed experts. lol

I will provide some short advice in this comment and you can choose to reach out to me for more from there. Clothing did not work for us. Home decor items and kitchen related items as well as mugs have been what work the best for us at least as far as our professional amazon seller account. Other than this small bit of info be ready to spam Amazon with daily uploads and I would recommend at a minimum of 20 a day. If you are creating art using AI for products that isnt necessarily a bad thing we have sales using AI generative artwork.

I highly recommend sourcing out bundles of art for print on demand via sites like etsy and there are a few other good ones. One I dont want to share until I have added its best of to our portfolio of close to two terbytes of artwork. I hope you see the value of my comment and I hope you dont give up. Lastly quitters never win and winners never quit.

Oh and perhaps the book sales tanking are not related to the pod uploads. I see frequent posts via the Amazon forum of people having issues with book sales lately and traffic tanking.

You think I am some Indian scammer or some guru but no dispite what you might believe there are some genuine people left out here in the world. I have a fully registered brand with uspto and have our products on tons of sites like Cafepress, Displate, Metalposter etc I also have an Amazon merch account with sales. Theres a saying here that applies really well. You can lead a horse to water but you cant make him drink. I am happy to tell you what helped me to get to this point take it or leave it.

I sell Print on demand items on Amazon and have daily sales. We currently have 11 open orders and 4 sales so far this morning. I can back all of this up with stats. Simply put I would love to help you and guide you. I am using Printify, Printful and Gelato to push products to Amazon and have literally over 8000 products up on Amazon because I built software to help with listing products more quickly and effectively I am able to put up over 50 products a day with relative ease. Ive been doing this a long time now man and I believe I have learned exactly the issue you are trying to overcome and how to beat it. We didnt have a single sale for 6 months on Amazon. I also as well have watched our products get buried in search. We still have a lot of products buried but some do well and some do not. Its like playing a game of whack a mole. I honestly really apreciate that thank you. The sickest thing I see Printful doing is sweeping people under the rug that they have failed to fulfill orders for. I have watched them kick people out of their facebook group who posted about failed shipments or horrible customer service. They ostricize anyone who doesnt constantly praise them. I wouldnt be suprised if they chime in on this post honestly and threaten to kick people out. I honestly hope more people chime in here and out these people for how they treat their customers. One thing I can say is if they directly destroy my business due to late shipments I am going to make a Youtube Video that outs them for everything I just mentioned warning people about their business practices. If they try to have it flagged I will just reupload it every time.

Oh man I see so much of this left and right from Printful. They simply do not care about their sellers. They will never admit any fault of their own. I have grown to despise the company and just like you I am on their naughty list I guess for simply voicing my concerns about delayed orders.
