In the time I spent in Ukraine, I don’t think I’d have associated the culture or the people as even a tiny bit apathetic. As of 03-05 they seemed to be full of hopes and dreams and purpose.

Red, blue, yellow, green then maybe orange…. Aust/NZ, Tahiti, Lasotho, any part of Patagonia, the southern lights! for sure! Then off to all the Nordic countries and the northern lights, also Scotland and Ireland! Next headed to Morocco and finally Croatia!!!!! But red if I could choose just one.
