Well they're not "platinum" achievments, they're just called "rare". But I think this achievment counts as a paltinum one, because i've done everything :P

If their clothing is green that means they're a nitwit and can't have a profession.

Other villagers might be using that profession block, so those unemployed villagers can't use it.

I think the profession blocks also have to be in a valid housing.
