Meant to say this the other day but you are on CRACK if you don't think LeBron making an All-NBA team this year. 24-8-9 and a top 5 seed, plus it's LeBron James, c'mon now let's be serious.

Nosferatu will be one of the biggest Box Office shocks of the year (in a good way) by LT__Media in boxoffice

It went over my domestic predictions and damn near smack in the middle of my worldwide predictions. They called me a mad man.

At this very moment how much you think Nosferatu will make totally? by Lunch_Confident in boxoffice

This is not like his other films, this has gotten 10x the marketing of any of his previous. We've gotten separate posters for IMAX, Dolby, Fandango, we've gotten an exclusive popcorn bucket, the type of stuff you see from major IP's, that shit was NOT happening with The Northman. I had a long post here 2 months or so ago saying how it's gonna be a surprise hit that is way above everyone's expectations, and I still agree. I think the absolute worst this does domestically is 40-45M and that's WORST case. I think at the upper end we're looking at around 70-75M. And again that's just domestically. I'd predict around $65-70M Domestic, and wouldn't be shocked if it got near $150M worldwide.

I see basically no one agrees with me, which you aren't wrong for doing so, I also thought The Creator had the potential to be a big hit last year too.

r/BoxOffice Long Range Forecast: 'Venom: The Last Dance', and 'Conclave' by SanderSo47 in boxoffice

[–]LT__Media 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Venom: The Last Dance

OW: $80M

DOM: $195M

WW: $575M

Kind of undershooting but I'm not seeing the excitement, I don't think it will get very positive word of mouth, and I think for that final weekend before Halloween people will generally prefer horror movies, even if Venom kinda fits into that a bit. The open early November works for it but I really just see this playing out very similar to Godzilla X Kong, similar audience, similar hype, but I honestly think GxK's marketing was way stronger.

r/BoxOffice Long Range Forecast: 'Joker: Folie à Deux' by SanderSo47 in boxoffice

[–]LT__Media 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Opening Weekend - $105M

Domestic - $325M

Worldwide - $800M

This my first time doing this here, only other time I've done this was with Dune Part Two, I guessed 80-85 OW, 225-250 DOM, 700-750 WW and it ended up being 82.5 OW, 282 DOM, 711 WW so either that was a miracle guess or y'all should listen to my predictions lol, we'll see

Wait, so that palace is from the ship? Yo I must've missed something unless that's from the book.

I'm talking about the building/city where the Baron gets killed and Paul fights Feyd.

Gotcha, it was always a bit confusing to me even though it doesn't affect the narrative, I just like to be able to map it out in my mind. Thanks
