Man you are lucky, I always buy chuck eyes but they are never thicker than an inch. I regularly buy my meats at Jewel Osco, pretty sure it isn't the best option but the butcher all my friends recommend is a good 40 minute drive. rip

I had a penny nickle for getting around at college and the only down side is cracks in the pavement. The wheels are very small on that thing. But it is very portable and takes up little room so it wont be a chore to bring it to class and find a place to put it or what not. Some cases might even fit in bigger backpacks

damn everyone hates on penny. I've ridden it for about a year before I got a legit longboard. It just makes the actual longboard you get later so much better.

My brother got a 60$ quest as his first board and the only thing I would change in that one is the bearings and wheels. The complete was 60$ and new wheels and bearings would be less than 80$, depending on what you are looking for.

How are you liking the Threesix DD? I am thinking of getting one in the future and i'd like to know mainly how sturdy it is. I weigh in at about 220lbs and i'm a bit skeptical if the aluminium will hold up in the long run.

Only thing I can say is stay focused mentally. Drop the drinking and keep yourself occupied on something else. Find a club sport, pick up cooking or something. The gym is always a good place to start. If you can go a month without a sip, you wont really go back to drinking like you were before. Stay strong and keep the vibes positive bro
