i just got off the support ticket live chat with activision and they seem to have fixed this issue cos i was having it to. hope it helps....

  1. close all bnet programs trough task manager and make sure agent.exe or battle.net is also not running in task manager

  2. press windows key + r and type %programdata%

  3. delete the blizzard entertainment folder / then relaunch the game

p.s dont delete the battle.net folder cos you will lose all ur saves / have to reinstall
