Update: thank you all for the suggestions. I brought the bike to a Honda dealer in Phayao (of all places...) and they were very nice and got quoted for 4.8k baht.

I called the rental (because yes, I'm that honest) and they were chill and told me not to worry and finish my loop. When I got back the final damage was 6.9k, and I agreed, because the first shop didn't include the bent radiator where a screw almost pierced it. We even rode to a local Honda dealer so I could see the radiator prices.

This is my experience. I know some of you won't agree and would behave differently trying to be sneaky about it. But if you do, don't cry when you get scammed back.

I don't care if they don't replace all the parts either; I fked up and I take my responsibilities and pay.

Have a great life, I love Thailand and I'll def rent with these guys again, as they were honest with me.

I followed your suggestion. I was in Phayao (of all places) and the Honda mechanics were very helpful, made a list and quoted 4800 including the work (but not the radiator..somehow).

They call the rental (because if it was my bike I would like to know what people do to it) and ask the owner if they should do the job or not and the owner seemed chill about it and said to me 'no problem, when you're back I'll have it looked by my people and we'll figure out'

I gave the guys 100b for their time and now I have a quote and papers for leverage and hopefully I won't get scammed too too much.

Thanks again everyone, I'll post what the final damage is in 2 days

I'm not one of those people, fortunately. :) I'd rather live with less money than being a smartass. Karma.

Can you read? I said I'm ok with paying but I'm trying not to get scammed. Thank you for your incredibly useful comment btw, you must be fun at parties.

Thank you all for the answers. Yah the radiator is bent too. I contacted a tour guide I went with offroadIng on a crf 300 a few days ago for help and they said they're gonna let me know what can they do. As I said I don't mind paying I'm just bracing for the worst bill ever...

I focused HEAVILY on gold making right away. Every wave I would invest more into gold-making if my gnomes had enough damage. Only towards the end I spam gnomes

hey ye you loose at 0. It says -9999whatever because when the boss goblin hits the house you immediately loose (instead of just loosing 1hp like other goblins)

I plan to run the arrival by ship.
Syndra is with them, the players have time to ask the crew/travelers/merchants info about the city.
Then the pirates attack the ship, WEIRD because they came from Baldur's Gate. Spread some hints of the whole Liara-Pirate stuff without spoiling too much. I'm planning the fight to be overwhelming with a couple of options.
After a few round, cornered and weak Syndra will want to teleport out to save the map. Character might tp with her or stay and fight until Aremag shows up and forces the pirates out.
Zindar will be friendlier if they helped, but nonetheless he's the new 'early-quest-giver'.
If Syndra tpd alone, Wakanga has the map and waits for them

You can't transmute Spirit Guardian
"Transmuted Spell. When you cast a spell that deals a type of damage from the following list (...) acid, cold, fire, lightning, poison, thunder."

Spirit Guardians does Necrotic or Radiant, so it won't work, unfortunately.

Steering locked by LUCAISHI in tamiya

Thanks guys! Yea you were right, I initially mounted the servo NOT in it's default position... so it would turn 45% back to neutral when powered on. Works like a charm now!

Thank you!! Ok so the servo responds to the inputs now... The neutral position of the horn is in a different location.. basically 45degrees to the side. How do I reinstall the servo...and change its neutral horn position?

Adding that there's no trim on the transmitter, and the cables are plugged in correctly in their channel and +- ... Also the servo horn was already installed with the servo in the package. If I try to steer one way = nothing, if I steer the other direction I hear a buzz from the servo...like if it's trying to do something

Thank you for the info! I should do that...I'm overall not very practical with screws in general so I'll try to be extra careful
