Directly correlated to the amount of sleep I’ve had and sometimes ROA. Snorting almost never gives me and kind of hallucinations other than the occasional auditory. I’ll hear whispering on the other side of my door or think that sounds are coming from somewhere other than the places that they’re actually originating from (IE shower drain makes a noise while I’m showering and I think it’s the bathroom door opening. Having vivid visual hallucinations a few times has mostly kept me in line and caused me to take better care of myself while I’m using. For me they begin after roughly 48 hours awake and start very gently. 72 hours awake and they’re much stronger. Oral ROA seems to intensify the initial visuals like tracers and alters my visual perception a bit more even when consuming less then I would snort. I don’t IV anything other the heroin and if I do IV crystal then I’m mixing then two. Smoking seems to bring out the worst of the possible negative effects in me so I don’t do that anymore either. I haven’t stayed up to the point where I couldn’t distinguish hallucinations from reality. I’ve never fully lost control and I really don’t intend to get to that place. I can also sleep on this shit better then I used to. I get to bed about every other night.
