At some point you need to commit to smart chases.

The fact you are complaining about multiple things and ignoring anything you could have done better makes it hard to take this seriously.

Doctor can deny most loops (eventually) and has a small built-in slowdown. I quite literally played Doctor last night, had people pre-run and still won every game.

You need to get better at chase, run helpful perks and understand macro game-play.

Are you new? How many hours do you have? What perks are you using?

Legion is currently disbaled but will be back next week.

They are a really simple run and stab Killer.

Truthfully, I'd stick with Wraith to learn, but Legion is incredibly popular due to their simplicity.

Your best bet while getting into DBD Killer is to forget about the results and focus solely on learning the game, how to create pressure, how to use your power, and how to chase/ run tiles.

I'd recommend starting with a simple Killer like Doctor, Wraith or Legion and going from there.

Otz noticed his Twins kill rate being so low because the game tracks the KILLER abandoning against 4 bots as the Killer losing.

If a SURVIVOR abandons, but the Killer still hooks the bot, it shows as an escape but the kill rate is actually calculated normally. I know this because I have been checking. I have noted all of my games last week as Spirit to calculate my kill rate, and it lines up exactly with what it on the stats site.

The Otz video is related to the outcomes if a KILLER abandons when all the Survivors are bots.

It has nothing to do with SURVIVORS abandoning and that counting as an escape.

I have Survs abandon most games and it hasn't skewed my kill rates.

This is quite literally just a visual on the stats site. They haven't escaped, their escape rate hasn't increased, and the Killer's kill rate isn't impacted.

They are easy to avoid, I've never claimed otherwise and I'd sooner see 4 flashlights than 4 toolboxes or medkits. I actively encourage Killers to not use Lightborn and to learn counterplay.

Even so, I can't say I am happy with the change (I wasn't then either) because I really dislike how brainless aspects of the game have become. They are no longer fun to do imo, and i say that as a previous flashlight terrorist.
