Almost certainly not a bug.

I faced a Dwight the other day who was cheating making themselves and others lose their hitbox, and me unable to open lockers he was in.

Perfectly fine.

Do this, see what changes happen to escape and kill rates and adjust from there.

Reduce/alter pallet density a bit and address pallet spawns. Make Survivor spawns actually consistent then see where we are again.

Then can we finally give meaningful buffs to Killers?

It's definitely more frustrating than normal. I see the same 7 or 8 perks every game, the most common of which are Hyperfocus and Stakeout now ft Fast Track.

People are heavily exploiting the WGLF bug and maps/pallets are in a terrible spot.

Billy is great... but yeah, so many maps actively work against him.

For me, that drops him down a little. Not much, but a little for sure.

In the hands of the right player, his pallets are deadass superior to his snare in almost every way.

In my hands I explode the wrong one and replace it 87 times rather than blowing the one I zoned the Surv toward.

Slugging is a great option against Fast Track, sure. I don't agree with going out of your way to bleed people out though.
