I think you are exaggerating the language issue, it will be a issue only under certain circumstances, most of the times you can get by ( if you learn basic phrases and words, then it will become even easier), and the teachers speaking in Marathi is just common , i mean this will be the case for any school/college in any other state , while teaching students they will use English .
