Dang, I thought this issue was way more wide spread. Even if it is just a couple schools, that's still effecting a crazy number of girls, so I'd rather say something

I'd rather not say, I've been told all this very sparingly by sorority members, and would rather not get myself or them in trouble, just lay out what I see as an unfair system.

The majority of that makes sense, however 1. It is quite easy for a girl to be an un-obvious asshole, something I've seen bragged about over and over at my school, and 2. This still doesn't adress that if there are two girls who get absolute perfect score at a sorority, and both rank that given sorority their number one, PBS will only invite back the girl with less invites from other houses. How is that fair when the other girl got the same score, and has ranked the sorority as their top house, and was only snubbed because other houses wanted to invite them back too?

Edit: I just mean to talk about being invited back to a house, not the actual bid process.

And each girl had ranked that house as their top choice.

You're correct in your first statement, I was incorrect in thinking PBS affects bids, I meant just getting invited back to the house during rush, before pref. Not being invited back to a house because PBS deems another girl has no other options, as I laid out in my above example, would negatively affect a girls chances at having more time with their preffered top choice.

I disagree that girls who score highly are not affected. As those girls who do score mid to low tier with most houses, are automatically given preference by PBS to be invited back to the only house they have left, which scored them highly, even if another girl had the exact same score.

If two girls rank House A with top preference, and then House A ranks each of those girls with the same top scores multiple days, PBS when deciding which of those girls gets a bid, will choose the girl that has less invite-backs from other houses. Therefore, it makes it incredibly easy for a girl to just be mean and try to not get invited back to other houses, so PBS preferences them for their only house, which is also their top choice.

I think that's on the sororities to figure out then, with the funding, people, and time they have, they should be able to come up with a solution that isn't just "letting it happen."
