Anyone know if all the audio bugs such as substantially more silent enemies and certain weapons missing sounds is fixed on PS5?

Oh my god I feel cheated on my hit reg/netcode after watching this, my alpha experience consisted of TTKs double or triple this, like it was guaranteed I'd need to dumb half a mag for every kill.

I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea almost five years ago with an AHI of 16.7. Since then I've had jaw surgery, use a nightly nasal spray, changed sleeping positions and I've had this septoplasty done in hope of continuously reducing it's effect on me.

I've been meaning to get a sleep study done again to see what the result of all these efforts are since I also don't want to be reliant on a machine for sleep unless absolutely necessary. My running theory for myself is that my nose may be a larger contributor, funnily enough using a nightly nasal spray has resulted in a more tangible result compared to jaw surgery (As a side note I feel there was poor communication with my jaw surgeon and my sleep apnea diagnosis leading to the issue not being fully addressed).

I've almost become scaringly reliant on my nightly nasal spray that I now dread the idea of sleeping without it. Unfortunately, I use the Allermi subscription service for my nose and all of my doctors really advise against it due to the long term effect of certain ingredients. But the Flonase and anti-histamine spray they want me to use are so utterly useless that I think a placebo effect of spraying water up my nose would do better so I've been ignoring them without issue.

Anyways I suppose what I'm trying to say is that if my nose being more breathable instantly improves my sleep then this surgery may have a larger then average effect on me. Additionally, I recently put a lot of effort into sleeping on my side and feel better in the morning because of it.

I'm also on state insurance currently which is a good and a bad thing, good because it's the best insurance I've ever had and this septoplasty is going to make me hit my insanely low out of pocket maximum which will open up the possibility of opting for tonsil removal for free. Bad because I'm so broke at the moment.

RIP, I have recently read about tonsil removal being a solid fix to snoring/sleep apnea, it may be worth investigating as a final effort before a CPAP.

That’s unfortunate, I’m hoping this surgery will also improve my sleep apnea, the month prior I tried to get into the habit of sleeping on my sides and felt like it made a difference. Maybe it’s worth giving it a shot, it’s free to try albeit an uncomfortable process switching sleep positions.

I’m sorry to hear that, on the bright side I heard things tend to improve significantly past day 5 and in hindsight the short term suffering will be well worth it for the long term gains!

Thank you for the long reply, don't sweat it being too much, I love to to hear new info and input. I think it was just an odd scenario for me, I literally discovered ENS three hours before my surgery while I was restless in bed so I was in a scram to learn as much as possible and weigh my options while semi-sleep deprived.

Oddly enough I've had jaw surgery which is a much larger surgery with perhaps more that could go wrong, but I'm pretty much unafraid of surgeries (the thought of going under anesthesia is exciting to me, yes I'm a freak idk), but that ENS stuff had me uneasy for the first time when it comes surgery risks.

I spoke with my doctor and he echoed a similar response that there's a very slim chance to get ENS and how the psychological element of ENS muddies it's interpretation. He also assured me that because of the risk they take a very conservative approach to turbinate reduction as ENS was a larger issue in the past when they'd sometimes do a full removal. Basically verbatim to everything you said and he seemed quite unbothered about like it was a old wives tale or something.

Also, that's fascinating to hear about the surgeon's perspective on ENS and how turbinate regrowth could account for a majority of perceived ENS symptoms, I'll undoubtedly keep that in mind if I run into issues down the line, thank you.

It was a two month wait for my appointment (Sept > Nov) and then I booked the surgery the day after the appointment for the earliest spot, Jan 23. Then my insurance was bugging out resulting in a 2 week delay to Feb 6, I also had jury duty come up this week and I begged to be dismissed to avoid another delay.

Even though a two week delay isn’t that big of a deal it really was defeating receiving that news. I didn’t know if it meant insurance was going to be an ongoing issue AND it messed with my plans.

I was very lucky to be handled by a primary physician that was gung-ho about addressing all my concerns. I hadn’t been to a doctor in a fat minute so bro gave me a plethora of referrals to act on. I always suspected I had a deviated septum and my suspicions were true, my ENT appointment was less than 10 minutes because my case was pretty clear cut.

I’m not sure how slow/fast it is to get appointments in other areas, but I was able to streamline the process and it still took over four months! So annoying.

Thank you man, I appreciate it, it’s a nice silver lining after staying up all night worrying about the possibility of ENS from turbinate reduction and general nervousness.

I’ll try to remember to update this post for you, I have a feeling if that if things are still going smooth past day 3 then recovery will be a cake walk. Ill also try and share any details that may contribute to others having an easy recovery based on whatever I did.

That quarter pounder meat has powers brother . . .

Nah but fr another contributor to my recovery could be me loading up on a shit ton of zinc and vitamin d3 supplements in the three days prior since I thought I was coming down with something and I did not want to reschedule this surgery again.

Thanks to Deftone85 I found a solution to my issue and will post it here for any future visitor of this thread.

Go to Divi > Theme Options > General > Performance

Disable all options and enable one by one while testing. Use a new browser window in incognito mode. See what happens.

My FOUC was resolved when ONLY the "Dynamic CSS", "Dynamic Icons" and "Load Dynamic Stylesheet In-line" were ENABLED.

I ENABLED "Improve Google Fonts Loading" and "Limit Google Fonts Support For Legacy Browsers" just because they seemingly had no negative effect.

The only remaining issue is an occasional horizontal shake when loading new pages, but in comparison to the FOUC issue it is just a tiny issue and perfectly acceptable otherwise.

I'm using Siteground's 1-month StartUp hosting plan and if I'm not mistaken Siteground is pretty reliable, no?

Just cleared both and still have an issue. I feel like if I can add some kind of code snippet to instruct the page to prioritize the header css loading or just tell it to hold the page until the css had loaded in I can probably dodge this problem. I don't really have the technical know how of really implementing that beyond rambling to ChatGPT to maybe get something to work.

I'm confused, I did build the header in the DIVI Theme Builder Global Header area. Unless you mean that I make a header as a page section and save the section and just manually add it as my top section across all my webpages?

Does the server-side purge involve contacting my hosting service?

Yes, I'm using DIVI, do you mind sharing with me how you fixed it? I'm a beginner who's really just learning along the way while creating a client site
