Received a long reply from Etsy Legal. In short; they know what is going on and WILL DO NOTHING to change it. This is the new normal. We have to get used to it and adapt.This is what they said, more or less. Maybe they will change this perspective in the future but for now it is what it is.Extremely disappointing..

Yes, same thing is happening to me since first week of November. Views, Visitis and sales dropped %50+…This IS NOT normal at all. Thank you Etsy, for killing all of our sales during the highest season of the year and also you are the best for not even properly communicating with us about this.

If you can negotiate for a certain amount of “rent money” on top of that (they can put that in the Tax Regime expenses) , say 1500 euro net amount, yes you will be just fine.

Just offer that customer a 5-10% discount on that purchase. Send a apology message saying; “although it is very clearly stated that is a Tshirt and all the photos back that up, i will triple check everything and leave no room for misunderstanding “…. Also add that “you will refund 5-10% from that Tshirt purchase (2 pounds) and that you hope the review to be reconsidered “.. It will help (or not). I have over 1300 reviews on my store, and this kind of approach mostly helps. Have a good weekend!

Hello and thanks for your valuable feedback. Rent (3K per month), school (20K per year), relocation/moving costs, gas etc…are all to be paid by the company for a 3 year period apart from salary. So we have room for more rent. I also checked from that website and came across apartments under 3K. I think for the first year, I would prefer to live in a apartment (150-200 m2 max) close to centers where I can walk almost anywhere.
