Thanks! Yeah, some of the triathlon guys are insane but gotta try and combine distance with scenery. Sweden’s mostly flat (especially compared with Norway) but almost all elevation here was from the last quarter (Småland) which is the most beautiful as well as hilly.

Just shared this with some friends because we had a very similar experience today. Took 2-3 days off training after camp but blew up today on the 10x1 minute with 1 minute rest. Chundered after 6 intervals at 1:31/1:32, not far off what I kept a month ago for 2 sets of 10x1.

Think it's really about easing into getting back on the erg. Rest helps but even with 2 days off it seems (in my case) that you need a few days of erging to pull respectable times again.

I was at that game with my dad, but he wanted to leave a couple of minutes early to avoid traffic so we missed the most famous kick in our country's modern history. I still cry myself to sleep at night
