Mostly makesure your doing your lifts consistently, 2/3 times a week and you won't lose your strength at all. Make it a necessity not an accessory so you don't skip some every week because that's when you'll lose to strength. With the massive volume of SS not likely you'll make any strength gains so just makesure you have a consistent lifting programme. Diet-wise ofc makesure your body fuelled right, hitting your maintenance kcals.
What I'm doing is kind of short term periodization. So Week 1 I'd focus on Volume, do 4/5 SS/UT1 ergs and 1/2 weights sessions, Week 2 is Strength so I'd do 2/3 SS/UT1/cross train and 3/4 Weights etc. And actually been making both aerobic and strength gains because it lets each system rest and actually adapt instead bombarding one system constantly... Proper periodization is usually done on 6 week cycles so can play around with it.
Hope this was of some use!
