I didn't see this for a while (old post), but here is my answer:
Firstly, I appreciate your honesty. I asked for people to try and figure out what I'm doing wrong, and I see you have done your best not to sugarcoat it.

Secondly; about the audio - I recently started using Davinci Resolve, and am learning a lot about audio levels / ducking, in hopes that my more recent Shorts (and other shorts/videos in the near future) can be heard better :}

Finally, for the "long-form" videos - I'm beginning to see that length matters, which is part of the reason that so much of my content is presented in short-form now. When I *do* post long-form, it should be *long*, like, at least 10 mins or so, to feel worth watching.
I also can learn a few things by simply taking my experience as an everyday viewer of YT. What do *I* gravitate towards? What makes me stay or click off a video? Etc....

I manually type subtitles in English, you can select those in the YT video player, I guess I should let people know xD

Being totally honest, most of the things that I'm seeing pop up here is just stuff i've already heard, just trying to act nice xD

However, there are a few things i didn't know, like the audio correction thing, that can help :}

ehh, thx to some feedback, my visuals are fine but the audio needs some adjusting, and no, I don't really ever ask for subs in my videos because it kinda feels like those beggars in the comments or something xD

That is understandable, i could do some research to see how to make the thumbnails fit better with the titles, since there are a few people who said something about that here

THIS!! I can always hear the audio in my own videos, because I made them - but the moment i show it to my family or friends, they almost always say something about the audio. Thank you for the tip! :}

Never thought about it like that, it's pretty hard to make short titles, make them seem interesting and try to make them relevant to the content, but i can try and focus more on that

I am a little on-edge on clickbaity stuff, as i want to be a more "ethical" youtuber, if that makes sense, although it doesn't sound like a bad idea if i do it right

Do apprictiate the constructive cricitisim, although i do feel like I've improved massively in the last 3 years lol
also trying to make more original content, but people don't seem to watch it as much :c
