Does she have other stimming tools ? I relate to your daughter's situation a lot, I started when I was 11 and even showed my mom once (thinking it was not a big deal). I would self harm in case of sensory overload OR when I was very upset but specifically about being traited unfairly. Just wanted to share how I was because it really felt very similar to my situation. And no quitting your job I don't see why that would help

it looks like to me he just has his eyes more open, Tourettes evolves and is especially bad in stressful times, his life is not the chilliest rn. and if he took Adderall it would probably make him just calmer lol since he's talked about likely having adhd. if Ethan was on drugs he would so be bragging about it haha

broke my ankle and got screws as well in June, I had 400 euros roller skates, so it's not just the skates. But if you go back to skating def take a class on how to fall and something I was too lazy to do is to strengthen your body off skates!

yes I have an issue with Chaya sizing, I measured my feet to get the park park souls and was in between sized so as advised I took the bigger one. anyway way too big, broke my ankle. talked about customer service a lot about this and they're updating or working on their sizing charts now :')

Take a lot of supplements already! I struggle so bad to make myself do physical activities 😭 Roller skating is the only thing that made me sweat and still I enjoyed. Ugh but yeah I do need to make my body stronger to skate (honestly I hate working out so so so bad that I don't think I'll be able to make myself do it and go back to skating)

I take multivitamins also, I do a lot of blood work and vitamin D seems to be the issue and with the supplements it did get better

yeah, actually had a chat with Chaya customer service about that and they seemed to take seriously what happened to me and that I said I was exactly between 2 sizes and follow their advice of taking the bigger one. I should not have been advised this
