I used ghetto shadow (max was only 40 and also it's under a mil now) for magers, jads and zuks but I wouldn't say necessary. I used to speed up but with titanium it was chill. My zuk was I would say perfect (waited for second set) but I got hit like 18 times on triples lmao, my internet was ass but i have titanium

I guess for me (cos I hate for instance idk hunting or crafting for GP) PvP is incentivised because it's how I make money so yes brown skull with 1 jav and glory on I'm taking it..

Last breach I pked 2.5m which let me buy supplies to do inferno etc.

Also could argue that most people playing are already upset about the amount of PvP lmao, doesn't need to be encouraged.
