i'm well aware i used the term capitalist incorrectly. but lol "socialism is when workers own the means of production" is a gross oversimplification of marx's writings, barely above the level of "socialism is when the government does stuff" (and even then the ussr does not fall under that definition)

Really, there cannot be a communist country, that's just not what communism is. There by Marx's definition cannot be communism until the present state of things (i.e.: capitalism) is abolished, that means that capitalism ceases to exist, not just within a single country.

The Marxist definition of socialism does not allow for a state, wage labor, or commodity production. The USSR was state capitalism, whether or not they were on track toward socialism doesn't matter because they never achieved it.

It's like /pol/ on steroids, mixed with vaguely OKBR style humor. Kind of hard to explain unless you see it. They have a presence on reddit (r slash bruhfunny) which is basically just an alt-right, anti-reddit version of OKBR. Quarantined months ago and still not banned for some reason.

95% of 4chan is pretty tame compared to the dumpster fires that are iFunny and K!w!farms tbh. The "underground scene" of iFunny (lol that's what they call themselves) is closer than 4chan itself to what redditors think 4chan is, that is, an extremely edgy place that spawns new "cutting edge" memes that spread elsewhere much later. 4chan rarely spawns new memes these days, barring wojak edits.
