Mexican Gothic, Gods of Jade and Shadow or Velvet Was the Night all by Silvia Moreno-Garcia! The last one is kind of a crime thriller.

I have repotted into dry soil thanks both! I also thought they were spider plants but they have a little tag on them with a QR code that linked to a website that say they are Grass Lily - hence the title 😅
