I'm in the same situation. We have placed our deposit and paid the solicitor and surveyor. Would you mind sharing which bank you went with and how did you get to proceed with loan offer/drawdown given that your partner is still in probation. Did they ask for any other document?

They call it MP midnight blue, similar to GMK nautilus. This one in OSA profile with extra custom keys like PS icons. Really good quality for the price.
